General design
About the Service
General design service — is a comprehensive turnkey organization of the facility design process. The general designer is responsible for all sections of the project documentation, coordinates the work of related specialists, and ensures the project’s compliance with current regulations and client requirements.
Why general design is needed:
It allows the client to have a single point of responsibility for the entire project. This reduces risks, ensures documentation consistency, and accelerates the approval process. All decisions are made taking into account regulations, technical requirements, and client objectives.
When it is required:
The service is necessary for new construction, reconstruction, and modernization of facilities. The general designer supports the project from concept through to obtaining commissioning permits.
General design includes:
assessment of the site’s urban planning potential;
Architectural, Functional and Engineering Concept;
Engineering surveys;

development of design and working documentation;
preparation of tender and cost estimate documentation;
